Winbox - Terms & Conditions

1. Pengenalan
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Winbox website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the “Services”). Winbox (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Services. By registering an account or accessing any of our Services, you (“you,” “the user,” or “the player”) accept to be legally bound by these Terms. These Terms form a legal agreement between you and Winbox.
2. Registration & Account Rules
You need to create an account to use our Services. By registering, you accept the following rules:
Kelayakan
To use our Services, you must be 18 years of age or the legal age to gamble in your jurisdiction, whichever is older, to register with the Company. By registering, you will confirm that you meet this requirement. The Company has the right to demand age verification at any moment.
Account Accuracy
It is your duty to provide correct, complete and truthful information in the registration process and to update such information. False or misleading information can result in your account being suspended or terminated immediately.
Each Player has One Account
The Company has a strict one account per player policy to guarantee fair play and security. Opening of more than one account by a single player is highly discouraged and will lead to all the accounts being closed and the possibility of losing any money.
Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login details, such as your username and password, confidential. You should not disclose your account information to a third party. You are responsible of all the activities that take place under your account with or without your authorization.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals
The following terms apply to all financial transactions made through the Platform:

The Platform allows safe deposit and withdrawal payment options, such as, but not limited to, EZPay, WinPay, Touch n Go, and local bank transfers. Depending on your geographic location, eligible payment methods can change. You acknowledge that the money that is deposited in your account is not of illegal origin.
Verification Checks (KYC)
To meet regulatory requirements and to avoid fraud, the Platform may conduct a verification of the identity of its customers, also known as a “Know Your Customer” (KYC) verification, at any time, especially before making withdrawals. You might also need to provide genuine copies of official identification documents, including a passport or driver license, address verification, and/or ownership of the payment method you use. Your account can be suspended, and any pending withdrawals can be held until the verification process is complete to our satisfaction.
Processing Times
Deposits are normally credited to your account instantly, but the payment provider may delay the process. Internal review applies to withdrawal requests. After approval, the processing time will depend on the withdrawal method chosen. The Platform does not bear the responsibility of delays due to third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal Limits
The Platform can set minimum and maximum withdrawal limits on a transaction, daily, weekly, or monthly basis. These restrictions will be shown clearly in the cashier or withdrawal area of your account. We have the right to change these limits at our own will.
4. Bonuses & Promotions
Occasionally, the Company can offer bonuses, promotions, and other special offers. All these offers are governed by the following general rules:
Wagering Requirements
The majority of bonuses have wagering requirements (also called turnover or playthrough). This is the sum you have to wager before the bonus money and any winnings that come with it can be turned into cash and withdrawn. The wagering requirement will be mentioned in the terms of each particular promotion. The inability to fulfill the wagering requirement within the given period can lead to the loss of the bonus and the winnings.
Bonus Abuse
The Company is very strict on bonus abuse. This can be, but is not restricted to, opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, employing tactics to unjustly take advantage of a bonus, or breaching the conditions of a promotion. In case the Company finds that there has been an abuse of the bonus, the Company reserves the right to cancel the bonus, cancel any winnings, and suspend or close the account of the player.
Specific Terms
Every bonus or promotion will have its own terms and conditions that will be clearly stated. These terms contain information about the eligibility, the validity period, the minimum deposit, the maximum bonus amount, and any restriction on the games. When you accept a bonus, you accept to be bound by its terms. These general terms will be overridden by the specific terms of the promotion in the event of any conflict.
5. Prohibited Activities
The Services are not to be used in any other way than the intended one. The following activities are strictly prohibited and any of them may lead to immediate account termination, loss of funds, and/or prosecution:
Fraudulent Activity
This is not limited to using stolen credit cards or payment details, engaging in any money laundering activities, or giving false registration information.
Bots or Software use
Any artificial intelligence, bots, or other software that is intended to play on behalf of a player or to provide an unfair advantage over other players is not allowed. The player is required to perform all actions on the platform.
Conspiracy with Other Players
Collusion among players is prohibited. This involves exchanging knowledge on cards or strategies to have a mutual benefit in any game. We also track gameplay to identify and stop such activities.
6. Intellectual Property
Almost everything that is present on the Winbox site and other related mobile applications, such as the Winbox name, logo, graphics, text, software, and game designs are the sole property of Winbox and/or its licensors and are subject to international copyright and trademark laws. The users are given a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Services only in personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. The intellectual property of Winbox should not be used, reproduced, or distributed in any other way without the written permission of the company.
7. Termination of Account
By the Player
You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon your request, we will close your account and return any outstanding real money balance, subject to the completion of any necessary verification checks.
By Winbox
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, and with or without cause, including, but not limited to, a breach of these Terms, engaging in any Prohibited Activities, or security reasons. When we terminate, we may, in our discretion, void any winnings and confiscate any account balance.
