Winbox FAQ about Second Verification
Why does Winbox require second verification for withdrawal?
For security. It verifies your account owner and makes sure your money is transferred to the right bank account, which eliminates fraud.
How to complete Winbox second verification?
Winbox will deposit a small amount (e.g.MYR 0.53) to your bank. This is the amount you should check in your bank statement and input the same in the Winbox verification page.
How to speed up the withdrawal process?
Do the second check fast and correctly. In addition, make sure that your registered bank details are accurate when making a request.
How long does withdrawal take?
The initial withdrawal is more time consuming because of verification. Then, the further withdrawals are typically made in 5-30 minutes.
Can I withdraw without completing second verification?
No. It is an obligatory security measure, which is obligatory to all users prior to the initial withdrawal.
What if my upload or verification fails?
First, double-check that you entered the correct verification amount. If it continues to fail, contact customer support for help.
What if I input the wrong amount 3 times during verification?
Your withdrawal facility will be disabled due to security reasons. You need to call customer support to unlock your account and reset the process.
